Sarah Babinski and Claire Bowern both presented at The 7th International Conference on Language Documentation & Conservation (ICLDC): Recognizing Relationships, which was hosted virtually by University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa on March 4-7, 2021. Sarah Babinski and Claire Bowern presented a paper entitled, “Contemporary Digital Linguistics and the Archive: An Urgent Review”, and Claire Bowern also ran a workshop at the conference with colleagues from other universities, which was titled “Revitalization at a distance: Engaging digital archives for language reclamation”.
