The 35th meeting of the Semantics and Linguistics Theory (SALT 35) took place at Harvard University on May 20-22, 2025. Several members of the Yale Linguistics department were in attendance, including postdoctoral researcher Lydia Newkirk and undergraduate Tomás Fuchs-Lynch who presented a poster titled “Degreeless intensification and scale structure: Evidence from Bardi” (joint work with Prof. Claire Bowern), as well as Prof. Simon Charlow who gave an oral presentation titled “Staged updates.”
