María Teresa started her PhD in Linguistics in 2022. Before coming to Yale, she earned a degree in Letras Modernas at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina, where she studied the psycholinguistic aspects of oral strategies in second language production. Her interests include the study of metonymy, grammatical gender and bilingualism.
