Veneeta Dayal publishes in MIT Open Handbooks in Linguistics
The Open Handbook of (In)definiteness: A Hitchhiker’s Guide to Interpreting Bare Arguments, edited by Veneeta Dayal, is now available on Open Access at MIT Press. It includes case studies on seven typologically unrelated languages, contributions by experts on those languages, as well as the theoretical implications of the empirical generalizations emerging from the case studies and accessibly written short introductions to several semantic concepts. It also has a foreword by Claire Bowern.
