Yale linguistics conducts faculty searches

The Yale linguistics department is conducting searches for two faculty positions during this academic year. One is a tenured Professor-level appointment in either semantics/pragmatics or phonetics/experimental phonology, the other an Assistant/Associate Professor position potentially in one of these areas but open to candidates in other fields as well. Jason Zentz publishes two proceedings papers on Bantu extraction marking

Yale Linguistics Ph.D. candidate Jason Zentz has been published in two conference proceedings papers. His article “Bantu Wh-agreement and the Case against Probe Impoverishment” appears in the Selected Proceedings of the 44th Annual Conference on African Linguistics (ACAL). The second, “Morphological evidence for a movement analysis of adverbial clauses” is published by the Chicago Linguistics Society.
