Jim Wood invited to speak at Comparative Germanic Syntax Workshop

This week, lecturer Jim Wood is traveling to England to present an invited talk at the 29th Comparative Germanic Syntax Workshop, being held September 26-27 at the University of York. His talk is titled “Contextual Allosemy: Modal Passives and the Syntax-Semantics Interface.” CGSW29 is one of two workshops in comparative syntax being held at the University of York this week. The other is on The State of the Art in Comparative Syntax.
