The Cambridge Handbook of Generative Syntax includes chapter by Bob Frank

October 10, 2013

Professor Bob Frank has recently published a chapter in The Cambridge Handbook of Generative Syntax, edited by Marcel den Dikken (CUNY Graduate Center). The handbook includes state-of-the-art overviews of many topics in syntax by leading specialists in the field, and Bob’s chapter on Tree Adjoining Grammar (TAG), a mildly context-sensitive tree-rewriting formalism, forms part of a section on modern generative approaches to the study of sentence structure.
